    SIFC and SLBBL Open Promoter Share Auctions for General Investors

    Shree Investment & Finance and Swarojgar Laghubitta have invited bids from the general public and institutions for the auction of promoter shares.

    SIFC and SLBBL Open Promoter Share Auctions for General Investors

    Shree Investment and Finance Company Limited (SIFC) and Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) have opened promoter share auctions to the general public, companies, and institutional investors. SIFC is auctioning 50,000 promoter shares, with interested bidders required to submit their applications within seven days, by Shrawan 8, 2083, at the company's central office in Dillibazar, Kathmandu. Likewise, SLBBL has put 42,495 promoter shares up for auction, allowing eligible investors to apply within 35 days, by Bhadra 5, 2083, at the company's corporate office in Banepa, Kavrepalanchowk. Both companies have invited individual as well as institutional investors to participate in the bidding process in accordance with the terms specified in their respective auction notices.
