    NMB Bank Announces 7% Cash Dividend for FY 2082/83

    NMB Bank Limited (NMB) has proposed a 7% cash dividend, including tax, for shareholders from its profit for FY 2082/83. The bank has also proposed an 8.25% cash dividend for holders of its perpetual non-cumulative preference shares.

    NMB Bank Announces 7% Cash Dividend for FY 2082/83

    NMB Bank Limited (NMB) has announced a 7% cash dividend, including tax, to its shareholders from the distributable profit of Fiscal Year 2082/83. In addition, the bank has proposed a 8.25% cash dividend, including applicable tax, on its NMB Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preference Shares. The decision was taken by the bank’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on Ashoj 21, 2083. The proposed dividends will be distributed only after receiving approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and subsequent endorsement by the bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
