Dordi Khola Hydropower Postpones Special General Meeting Due to Lack of Shareholder Quorum

The Special General Meeting (SGM) of Dordi Khola Jal Bidyut Company Limited, originally scheduled for Ashad 01, 2083, in Lalitpur, has been officially deferred after shareholder representation fell short of the minimum required threshold.

Dordi Khola Hydropower Postpones Special General Meeting Due to Lack of Shareholder Quorum

The Special General Meeting (SGM) of Dordi Khola Jal Bidyut Company Limited has been officially postponed after failing to secure the mandatory attendance threshold. The assembly, which was scheduled to take place on Ashad 01, 2083, at the Himshikhar Party Venue in Chapagaun, Lalitpur, could not legally proceed due to an insufficient turnout of investors. According to the company's official notice, the postponement follows the strict compliance guidelines stipulated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2063, and the company's internal Articles of Association governing legitimate corporate assemblies. Consequently, the board has deferred all scheduled legislative agendas and voting procedures, adding that a revised date and timeline for the rescheduled SGM will be formally announced to the public in the near future.
