    Muktinath Development Bank Launches Special Home Loan Scheme at Base Rate + 0.25%

    Muktinath Development Bank has introduced a special home loan scheme offering financing of up to 80% of assessed property value for first-time homebuyers, with the offer valid until the end of Kartik 2083.

    Muktinath Development Bank Limited has launched a special home loan scheme targeting the festive season of Dashain, Tihar, and Chhath, along with its participation in NADA Auto Show 7 and the Housing and Construction Expo 2026. Under the scheme, customers can obtain loans for house construction, home purchase, and other housing-related requirements at an interest rate of Base Rate + 0.25%. The bank will finance up to 70% of the assessed value of the property, while first-time homebuyers can access financing of up to 80% of the assessed property value. The special scheme will remain available until the end of Kartik 2083. After the offer period ends, the bank’s prevailing interest rates and applicable loan terms will be implemented. The facility is available through the bank’s 176 branches nationwide. In addition to the home loan offer, Muktinath Development Bank has also introduced special financing schemes for auto loans, agriculture, and SME businesses.
