    AKPL Announces Sale of 300,000 Ingwa Hydropower Shares

    Arun Kabeli Power Limited (AKPL) has announced plans to sell 300,000 shares of Ingwa Hydropower Limited through the secondary market, issuing a 15-day public notice in compliance with regulatory requirements.

    AKPL Announces Sale of 300,000 Ingwa Hydropower Shares

    Arun Kabeli Power Limited (AKPL) has decided to sell 300,000 shares it holds in Ingwa Hydropower Limited through the secondary market. The company said the decision has been made in accordance with Clause 11 of the Electricity Regulatory Commission's Directive on Public Offering and Regulation of Shares of Electricity-Related Companies, 2078, which requires prior public notification before such transactions. In compliance with the directive, AKPL has issued a 15-day public notice informing investors and the general public about the planned share sale. The notice has been published under the authority of the company's Board of Directors from its corporate office in Thapathali, Kathmandu, as part of the regulatory process governing the transaction.
