    Norvic International Hospital Limited recently held a road show at the Marriott Hotel in Kathmandu to facilitate its upcoming share issuance via the book-building process. Organized by Laxmi Sunrise Capital, the event attracted numerous qualified institutional investors. CEO Ajay Kumar Mishra provided insights into the hospital’s operational performance and future expansion plans, while the issue manager clarified the technical aspects of the book-building mechanism. Following the road show, institutional investors have until Baisakh 21, 2083, to submit their pricing and quantity bids to the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). This initiative is viewed as a significant step toward transparent price discovery in the Nepali stock market.
