    Mandu Hydropower to Reward Shareholders with 10% Bonus Shares!

    Mandu Hydropower Limited (MANDU) has officially proposed a total dividend of 10.5263% from the profits of the last fiscal year. The payout includes 10% bonus shares and 0.5263% cash dividend for tax optimization, following a board decision on Jestha 18.

    Mandu Hydropower to Reward Shareholders with 10% Bonus Shares!

    Mandu Hydropower Limited (MANDU) has officially announced its dividend distribution for shareholders from the net profits of the last fiscal year. The decision was formalized during the company's Board of Directors meeting conducted on Jestha 18. The dividend package is structured as follows: Bonus Shares: 10% of the current paid-up capital.Cash Dividend: 0.5263% designated strictly for tax coverage purposes.The proposed total payout of 10.5263% will be distributed to eligible shareholders after securing official clearance from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and receiving final approval at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
