Naasa Securities Aggressively Expands Margin Lending Capabilities with Rs 3 Billion Financing Package

Naasa Securities Co. Ltd. (Broker No. 58), a dominant player in Nepal's secondary stock market, has embarked on an aggressive business expansion strategy. To significantly scale its margin trading facilities for investors, the company has initiated the process of securing Rs 3 billion in bank loans and credit facilities. This strategic move follows the Securities Board of Nepal’s (SEBON) introduction of the 'Margin Trading Facility Directive, 2082', which permits brokerage firms to leverage their own funds or bank loans to extend leverage to stock investors.
